Sorry but do to time issues I will no longer be able to manage my team. The person with whom I worked with was "Let Go" so I am working a lot more. The guy they "hired" was smoking pot yesterday on the job. I take big coils of aluminum and slit them down to size. Just to say my machine is about 40 feet long and at one point their is a 40 foot drop as to wrap it back up in smaller sizes of coils.(so one dangerous machine) So I see myself working a lot more in the near future. That added to the fact I have been getting my ass kicked in the market(stock)nd it is taking a lot of my freetime. I will try to set lineups until a replacement is found.
