How on earth are we legitimately starting this draft without the Phillies' keeper list identified??

I updated GPF's list per Paul. We're set to go. Also, please read the first post in this thread as to the changes happening next year with the draft.
Please continue with draft.

Paul and I have a trade in place for the current pick, per our emails:
okay. I'll take it, Hags. Milledge for my pick

Prefer the rights to Nick Adenhart over Angel Villalona? Ouch... I really had high hopes for that kid. What a tragedy! RIP, Nick.

On drafting international players:
- Can't be drafted if they are Free Agents and haven't signed with a team
To be eligible to be drafted in the minor league draft: 1. They need to have signed with a team, and...... 2. We have to look at the age and contract signed with that team (there is a difference from a team signing a bunch of 16, 17, and 19 year old international guys than the Red Sox signing Daisuke Matsuzaka to a huge MLB contract.
This is kind of a bit of a gray area, but hopefully one that we can work through and input more outlining regs on this item.
