Cards select Octavio Dotel, RP FA Yes, I'm on quite a roll. First a guy suspended and without a team. Now another guy without a team. What's not to like about my brutal draft?!?

Ian Stewart and Kershaw were taken by Salsero in the minor league draft - but per his minor league keeper list, they are not there. I've sent him many emails and PMs over the past year to get that updated and he hasn't done so. He just recently posted a minor league keeper list and he didn't have them on there.
I even sent him one this morning. I can only send him so many PMs or emails.

I even sent him one this morning. I can only send him so many PMs or emails. Unlike Stewart (who had to be on the list to be protected), Kershaw was drafted in the 2006 draft, therefor the Blue jays did not need to post or place said player in the protected list per rules 2.) To help other owners out, we also encourage you to list any protection-exempt Top Prospects below your 20-man protected list. *Please see my Minor League roster for an example of this.
3.) Players selected in the real-life June Amateur Baseball Draft are exempt from protection until the 2nd Spring Training following their draft. Therefore, 2005 draftees must now be protected, but any 2006 draftees are still exempt from having to be protected until Spring 2008. 2007 draftees of your real-life franchise (in the upcoming June draft) can also be shown in the exempt list following your 20-man protected list, but will be exempt until Spring 2009. Future years will be handled accordingly on a rolling basis.
Blue Jays still own Kershaw.

Yes, Canes is correct. I overlooked when he was drafted.
Kershaw belongs to Salsero and TFAZ will have to re-pick.
