Initially just plain ticked off, Ken, super ticked off in fact! The crying came later...... Not exactly a "Giants game 6 disaster in 2002" cry but a good woe-is-me sob or two nonetheless. PS. Your PM to me on Wieters re: Bay Bridge League did allow me a Clintonesque moment. As Slick Willy would say, "I could feel your pain!!!"

Sensing my weak state, TFAZ already tried his best to rid me of all my elite prospects, Bundy. You'll have to move more quickly next time......

I accept. And send my 9th rd. major league pick to TFAZ in this adjusted version of the deal posted above rather than my 8th rd (which was previously dealt to another owner).

Note: Before any scoundrels think otherwise, LOL, Cardinals immediately move Jed Lowrie to protected 20-man minor league reserve list. Hands off.
That means you, Ken! ;D

Didn't Kaz Matsui come down with a bad case of Asdrubal last preseason?

Question per this rule: - Prospects may be drafted in the Major League portion of the draft, but any prospects named to the 30-man roster who are not in the Yahoo database will force the owner to carry an empty roster slot in the Yahoo league site.
If we draft a prospect who is in the Yahoo database, qualifies as a rookie & does not make his big league club's opening day roster, can we then move that player to our minor league roster & pick someone off the waiver wire after the draft is finished?

You can't draft a prospect in the Major League Portion of the draft and then put him on your minor league roster to protect him. This is what the minor league draft does.........
If you draft a prospect in the major league portion of the draft....you need to keep him on your yahoo roster......we've been pretty consistent with this over the past few years.

Brian, not to be picky, but to avoid future confusion, should we take this rule....
- Prospects may be drafted in the Major League portion of the draft, but any prospects named to the 30-man roster who are not in the Yahoo database will force the owner to carry an empty roster slot in the Yahoo league site.
and make an addition?
- Prospects may be drafted in the Major League portion of the draft, but any prospects named to the 30-man roster who are in the Yahoo database, qualify for rookie status & do not make their big league club's opening day roster will force the owner to carry them on their 30 man roster & are not eligible to be placed on the drafting owner's minor league roster.
I hope that isn't too confusing. ;D
