I believe Chris perez was protected (as I don't think he was brought up by the Cards last year...once the season starts...and Perez opens the season on the club the Cards will have a timetable to add him to his roster.
So in saying all that, Rays will have to re-pick.....

Chris Perez is absolutely NOT available.
He was sent back down to the minors. Because he had options left I returned him to my minor league reserve list.
Same situation with Josh Fields.
Both are protected under our rules.

Freaking bizarre. I downloaded end of year rosters and Perez was not on that spreadsheet. But now I look at Yahoo and it says he was on my roster. WTF???

it's an 8 hour limit.....with the clock being stopped from 12 pm midnight est to 8am est. This is something I wanted to adjust.....but we'll have to wait til after this draft to adjust it going forward. According to Haggs its 8hrs
